A panel of 16 original hand painted Portuguese tiles made in the second half of the 17th century. This design consists of just two different tiles to create a beuatiful and ingenious design with flowers and ribbons. A masterpiece by an unknown artist! The size of each individual tile is approximately 14.0 x 14.0 cm (5.5"square). This type of tile called "Azulejos" in Portugal were widely used in distinguished houses and religious buildings to cover entire walls with them.
