This is a rare and original antique Art Nouveau tile crafted by Utzschneider & Co in Sarreguemines, France, around 1900. The tile features a beautiful floral design in yellow, created using the dust-pressed technique, where clay powder is compressed under high pressure into a mold. The intricate decor is embossed and finished with a clear, vibrant glaze. Condition: The tile is in very good condition, with only a few tiny glaze chips along the edges (commonly known as fleabites). These minor imperfections do not detract from its overall appeal. The reverse side is unmarked with light ttraces of chalk mortar. The tile will be carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely.
