Art Nouveau tile byTonwerk Offstein (Tonindustrie Albertwerke GmbH) in Germany. It is a fantastic example of their "Sjablone Decor" (Stencil Decoration) technique. The motif is a highly stylized, almost abstract depiction of a bird perched on a decorative pot or vase. The tile has imperfections in the glaze on all edges.
