Original antique Art Nouveau tile made T & R Boote, Burslum. (Staffordshire) England. This factory was founded in 1842 and made tiles from the end of the 19th century. This tile was made about 1905. The decoration of floral patterns is embossed by Dust-press technique, where clay powder is compressed under high pressure in a mold. The tile is in good used condition.
