Architectural relief tile, produced in Mügeln, Germany, circa 1900–1910. This square ceramic tile features a restrained geometric design characteristic of early 20th-century architectural ceramics. The composition is centred on a small raised square boss with softly bevelled edges, highlighted in a muted blue glaze with subtle tonal shading. A broad, recessed white field surrounds the centre, creating a calm and balanced surface. The design is framed by a raised border, accented with a darker green glaze, giving the tile a strong architectural presence. Good condition tile with a few tiny glaze chips.
