This is an original antique Art Nouveau tile made by: Mugeln GmbH, Germany founded 1895. The tile was made around the year 1900. The geometric decor is embossed using the Dust-pressed technique where clay powder is compressed under high pressure in a mold. The tile is in very good condition with clear glaze. However, there are some small glaze damages to the sides and relief.The back is unmarked but has the line structure typical of this factory.
