This is an original antique Art Nouveau tile made by Minton China Works, Stoke-on-Trent, England. The tile was made around 1900. The flower decoration is embossed by means of the Dust-press technique, in which clay powder is compressed under high pressure in a mold. The tile is in excellent condition. Very nice clear glaze. Back marked with factory name. Tile is 6"square.
