Original antique Art Nouveau tile made by: Alfred meakin, Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent, England. The tile was made around 1905. The decoration of floral motifs is embossed in tubeline technique, thin lines of clay, applied by hand, prevent the glaze colors from bleeding into each other. The tile is in very good condition with clear glaze. Back marked with ENGLAND. Tile is in excellent condition.
